Keokuk High School and Keokuk Middle School students will be showcasing their Science Research projects at KMS in the library separately this year. KMS students will present their work on Feb. 7 and KHS students will present their work on Feb. 19 as they prepare for the upcoming competitive science fair season.
Both events will be structured the same and judging will commence from 4-5:30 p.m. on both Feb. 7 and Feb. 19, then the event will open to the public at 5:30-6 p.m. and awards will be announced at 6-6:15 p.m. Following will be a brief parent meeting.
The KMS and KHS students will also participate in these additional science competitions, including:
- Culver-Stockton Science Fair (KMS and KHS) on Feb. 22 in Canton, Missouri
- SE Iowa Fair (KMS and KHS) on Mar. 6, in Burlington, Iowa
- Eastern (Regional) (KMS and KHS) on Mar. 15 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
- State (KMS and KHS) on March 26-28 in Ames, Iowa
