StudentSquare
We are excited to let you know that this year we’ll be using one Communication App (StudentSquare) to communicate with you throughout the district, including in your classrooms, teams and groups. Students in grades 9-12 are able to communicate with their coaches, teachers and advisors more effectively.
With StudentSquare you’ll be able to:
- – Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or push notifications/app
- – View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events and receive reminders
- – Easily sign up to volunteer
- – Communicate via direct message with teachers, coaches and student organization advisors in a secure environment
Activate your Account | You should have received an invitation email or text to join StudentSquare, if not email jessica.martin@keokukschools.org. Click the link in the email to activate your account. You can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android from your App Store on your cell phone.

HOW TO ACTIVATE STUDENTSQUARE
EMAIL INVITE
Open the invitation email. Click Activate your account.
– Create a secure password for your account and enter it in both blanks to confirm your password.
– Click Register.
– Click Confirm next to the email address. A verification code will be sent to your email.
– Select Yes, This is Me.
– Now you can log in to your account through the app or web browser.
– Enter the verification code in the field.
– Click Confirm.
TEXT INVITE
- – Tap the Register link.
– Create a secure password for your account and enter it in both blanks to confirm your password.
– Tap Register.
– Tap Confirm to receive a verification code to your phone number.
– Enter the verification code received.
– Tap Confirm.
– Tap, Yes, This is Me.
Now you can log in to your account through the app or web browser.
Step 1: Click the Menu in the upper left hand corner, the three lines.
Step 2: Click Account on the left menu, then click Notifications (right) under My Account
Step 3: Update your notification settings, we recommend continuing to receive Smart Alerts and Push Notifications instantly.
